How much does it cost to build a mobile app or an ERP system?
Cost depends on the product type, the complexity of the logic and the feature set. A simple mobile app starts at around $8,000; an ERP system shaped around your processes starts at about $20,000. How long does development take?
An MVP of a mobile or web app usually takes 2 to 4 months; a full ERP platform takes 4 to 9 months. We work in iterations and demo every two weeks, so you see working builds within a few weeks of the start.
Do you work on a fixed price or time and materials?
Both are possible. For a clearly scoped project we fix price and timeline after the analysis stage. For products that evolve as they go, time and materials works better — with transparent hour reporting and priorities you control.
What happens after the product launches?
We support the project after release: monitoring stability, fixing issues, updating dependencies and growing the feature set. Support is agreed separately — from pay-as-you-go hours to a dedicated team with an SLA.
Can the new system integrate with our CRM, accounting or hardware?
Yes — integration is one of our core competencies. We connect CRM and ERP systems, accounting software, payment gateways, telephony, IoT devices and any external API. When a system has no documentation, we analyse its protocols and build a compatible interface.
Who owns the source code and the product rights?
All source code, documentation and product rights are transferred to you — it is written into the contract. Code lives in your repository from day one, and infrastructure is deployed to your servers or your cloud account.
Do you work with companies abroad?
Yes. We have products running in Kazakhstan and the UAE, and the team communicates in Russian, Kazakh and English. The process is fully remote: video calls, a shared issue tracker and regular demos.
Do you build custom websites?
Yes — custom website development is one of our core services: landing pages, corporate sites, online stores, customer portals and full web applications. We build on real code (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Laravel, PostgreSQL) rather than website builders, so the site can grow beyond a template, integrate with your ERP, CRM and payment providers, and scale as traffic grows.

A web application or SaaS platform starts at around $16,000, an online store at about $18,000, and an MVP built to validate an idea at about $8,000. A small corporate site or landing page costs considerably less — we quote it after a short brief, because the price depends on the number of pages, the amount of design work and the integrations needed. Do you build custom mobile apps for iOS and Android?
Yes, custom mobile development is one of our main areas. We build both native apps (Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android) and cross-platform ones with Flutter or React Native when a single app has to work identically on both platforms. The work includes interface design, the backend and API, publishing to the App Store and Google Play, and ongoing updates.
What is an ERP system, and when is a custom one worth building?
An ERP is a single platform for running a company — accounting, inventory, procurement, sales, finance, production and HR in one place instead of a dozen disconnected spreadsheets and tools. Off-the-shelf ERPs work while your processes are standard. A custom ERP makes sense when your logic is unique, when you need integration with hardware, accounting software or external services, or when licences and customisation of a ready-made system cost more than your own. We deliver both Odoo and fully custom ERP solutions.
Why choose custom software over an off-the-shelf product?
Off-the-shelf is cheaper up front, but you bend your processes to someone else's logic and keep paying per licence and per user. Custom software fits your processes, carries no unused features or subscription fees, gives you full access to the source code, and can be taken in any direction later. That said, we will tell you honestly when a ready-made tool solves the problem for less — and recommend it.
Can you take over an existing site or app for support and further development?
Yes. We take on projects for maintenance and further development even when another team wrote them and no documentation survived. We start with a technical audit: reviewing the code, architecture and dependencies, assessing the state of the project and producing a plan of what to fix first and what can be built on. Only then do we start on features.
Which technologies do you work with?
Frontend — React with TypeScript, Vue.js; backend — Node.js (Express, NestJS), Laravel, Django, Go; mobile — Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin; databases — PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis. Infrastructure runs in Docker with CI/CD, in the cloud or on your own servers. We pick the stack to fit the problem and what your team can maintain, not the other way round.
Can we hire you from Almaty or Astana?
Yes — we work with companies across Kazakhstan (Almaty, Astana, Shymkent and the regions) as well as clients abroad. Remote is the default: calls, a shared issue tracker and a demo of working software every two weeks; when it helps we meet in person for the initial analysis and the final handover. We are an Astana Hub resident and contract under Kazakh law.
